Uconnect Touch Screen

Fully expect the 100 to carry over the Darts options of a 7" display or an 8.4" display. Expect the base 100 LX to include the 7", with the 8.4" being an upgrade option on 100 Limited and 100S. The 8.4" Uconnect should be standard on the range topping 100C

That infotainment system should be rolled out to all Chrysler vehicles right? I would be surprised if Chrysler didn't offer the Uconnect Touch Screen in its newest model.

Are you a fan of Chrysler's infotainment system?

Uconnect is unanimously the best system in the league. The last 2 or 3 iterations are consistently praised in the media, a real first for infotainment which is always harped on by the journos...

I never realised it was that good, do you know how good it is when compared to BMW's system?

Uconnect is being heralded as the absolute best system out there. Well only the latest iteration of uconnect. Chrysler retails a Microsoft based system which is junk as well as the QNX based system...

So the good system is the QNX one right? I hear that they are the best at creating these systems. It's actually quite the feat to have a good infotainment system since most brands have their systems bring down the overall quality of the vehicle in many rankings and reviews.

not bad, at least they have gotten to that point, which shows as a brand what good they're capable of.

Looks like Blackberry might just be able to come back from the brink. THey got a contract with Germany to create anti-spyware software too. You know, cause the US was spying on Chancellor Merkel and people weren't too happy about that.

That's good to hear but it's not like they have some product to sell to the masses to the volume that samsung and apple does, that's what they need.

no its not, trying to compete with apple and sumsung i nthe consumer arena is what got them into this mess. They began to ignore their core competencies (enterprise) and ended up alienating that golden group in the quest for teenage girls...
